Grinding & chipping

High capacity grinding line

We offer unlimited options for grinding wooden material. This consists of the Vermeer HG 6000 grinder and the Scania towing vehicle with the Loglift 241 hydraulic arm. This line is able to process all wooden substances according to the following parameters:

Hourly production: 40 - 180 prms, 10 - 60 tons
(depends on the preparation of material, type of material and selected output fraction)

Price per ton: CZK 160 – CZK 590 (depends on the hourly production)
Price per prms: CZK 40 – CZK 150 (depends on the hourly production)

Transport of the machine to the place of destination: 32 CZK/km

Dimensions of chipping hole: 120 cm wide, 80 cm high

Output fraction: 15 cm, 7 cm or 5 cm

Substances:
wooden scrap, branches, trees up to the diameter 80 cm, smaller blocks, coats, palettes, spools, etc. The wooden substance can contain, for example, iron nails or hinges up to a maximum size of about 2 cm width and 15 cm length.

Chipping line
