Wood waste disposal

The company Dřevošrot is a processing company for forest waste after clearcut and the liquidation of natural disasters, etc. Such originated wooden biomass - high ecological and energy fuel, is sold to power and heating companies.
Since 2004 we have used for the processing of waste a large-capacity mobile Vermeer chipper together with a Scania towing vehicle and hydraulic arm. This chipper processes nearly all wooden substances – tree trunks up to the diameter of 80 cm, tops, sides, packages brushes, blocks of wood, etc. In addition, it is able to process communal wooden waste products – construction wood, old furniture, etc.

The machine is able to process 20-50 tons of material per hour (the output of the machine depends on the type of material and its preparedness, size of output fraction). The chipped material is loaded directly onto the prepared truck. The machine is mobile and can reach each place which can be reached by common vehicles. Due to the large options of the machine due to its output and variability of processed waste, we decided to prepare the Dřevošrot 2005 project, which concerns the liquidation of wooden waste originated in the territories of towns and municipalities by our technology.

We propose that the municipality - or the company presenting the municipality - would concentrate the material in the agreed place (up to now we have proposed, for example, 2 x a year – in spring and autumn), which would be sorted according to an agreement with us and our company would process and transport it free of charge on the agreed date. The calculations confirm the economic advantage for our company if in the collection place there is the minimum volume of 100 tons of the substance. The volume can be negotiated. We expect from this project the advantageous character of cooperation for both parties - zero costs for liquidation of such material on the side of the municipalities, or the company dealing with the liquidation of waste, better use of the capacity of our machine and the achievement of an energy usable substance for our company.
